2023

  • November onwards - 3 x Public art pieces to be situated around Derby City centre, these ceramic mosaics will celebrate Derby City and its fantastic residents. Part of Derby City Councils Vibrancy project.

  • Mosaic celebrating 75 years of the NHS for Nottingham Hospital charity.

2022

  • Mosaic wall piece created with participants in the Beeches hospital ward at Derby Royal Hospital - in collaboration with Derby Quad LTD

2020 - 2021

  • Lead Designer for The Royal Derby Hospital decorative fencing Project. Consisting of a number of laser cut decorative metal panels, sponsored by local businesses and Hospital Wards. Fence panels project

  • Selected artist for the Derby and Burton Hospital Charities own Derby Ram, i will be designing the Ram as part of an artists residency at Derbys Royal Hospital.

2019

  • The Ceramica project was an illuminated sculpture commission supported by County Youth Arts and Gedling county council based in Nottinghamshire and the Arts Council England.

Selected education projects and artists residences:

2015 ongoing:

  • Artist residency with Mercurial Dance for the ‘Every child is an Artist’ project based at the Oasis Academy Hobmoor, in Yardley Birmingham. Working from years 2 to 6 i have been creating a number of large ceramic sculptural installations within the school grounds.

  • Artist residency with Ecclesbourne secondary school, Duffield, Derbyshire. Creating illuminated Sealife inspired sculptures with GCSE students.

  • Artist Residency with High Peak Arts for Project eARTh. Project eARTh stands for environmental arts and health and is an exciting five year project for people experiencing mental distress and other long term conditions, funded by the Reaching Communities programme of the BIG Lottery Fund.

  • Lead participation artist for Quad LTD based in Derby City since 2001. Current projects include working with the QClub after school group on sculpture and digital based projects.

  • Lead participation artist for Erewash Borough council arts team. For the annual Erewash festival of lights events, specialising in east Asian workshops and festival puppets.

2012-2013: Artists residency, AIR arts programme, stroke rehabilitation unit, Derby Royal Hospital.

2005 Onwards: Lead participation artist, Derby Museum and Art Gallery.

2005 – 2011: Lead participation artist, ‘Arts on Prescription’ and ‘Art in mind’ program, City Arts, Nottingham City.

– 1998-2001 BA ( Hons ) Applied Arts 2:1, Derby University.
